This. Scored twice or trice. Tagstorm, here we come.
It has potential. Thematically, I like the various ice-booster agendas. In practice however they tend to not live up to expectations. Boosting tracers has the added detriment that tracers tend to be a bit porous making it harder to score out an agenda such as this in the first place.
