Assuming the runner has been tagged up, this is a pretty strong deterrent. Particularly if you run them into something dangerous before popping this effect. I also like this on R&D to kill Medium, or Keyhole.
Unfortunately this card cost 3 inf, as I like it a lot better in Jinteki or Weyland with some tag support than I do in NBN.
Program trashing out of subroutines is nice, but a Clone Chip will bring it right back. Make sure to Blacklist the damn thing.
Adds "trash one program" to Data Raven.
I now feel like this guy's best use is to trash the Killer at step 2.3 of the run, right as the Runner is engaging a Swordsman. It's not a bad way to blow up an Eater . . .
Data Raven over the Swordsman is not easy to crack with this guy around . . . Guard sits next to the server.
Trashing 2 for 1 makes Keegan count. Try it on R&D: if there's no AI, feel free to blow up the Keyhole.
