Love it. This is the kind of card design that I enjoy; force a choice between two undesirable things. But then, Choice of Damnations ( http://gatherer.wiza...tiverseid=88803 ) was a guilty pleasure of mine back in the day. I enjoy putting the screws to my opponent and seeing which of two bad options they tend to choose. You can learn a lot about how a person thinks and what they value by seeing which way they trend.
However, News Team might prove to have a little bit of antisynergy with a full on tag-storm deck as eventually a runner that's been thoroughly tagged will just give in to the inevitable and take more tags rather than -1 agenda point, but even then such a corp deck should have plenty of ways of punishing an over-tagged runner so not a big deal.
In a deck that's got a little bit of tagging, this becomes a very attractive package. For instance a Weyland tag & bag deck that can win off points might play this as part of a modest set of tagging options and pursue a win via agenda points, but able to capitalizing on the runner's choice either way if they hit a News Team.
