Very frustrating for the runner. Put a Data Raven in front of it - that's enough protection. Oh, and by the way: it's Schrödinger's Cat!

Good card. 1 point agendas face very stiff competition in NBN decks, but this is a sufficiently strong ability that I think it will see a reasonable amount of play in non-Astrotrain NBN.
Does this combos with a tag from bernice mai if they are installed in the same remote?
Yes. Before the runner has access, the run is considered successful. So the runner is getting a tag and then accesses Kitty while tagged, making it yours.
