Two questions:

1) Can the runner jack out after being moved (I would assume yes as it makes no mention of preventing this)
2) Can you move this to make a new server?

1. Yes
2. No
Is 2 your opinion or can you direct me to any part of the rules or FAQ that makes this certain?
In the definition of Remote Servers, under Corporation Play Area on p6, it states that 'The Corporation creates remote servers by installing cards'. Moving Bullfrog is not installing and therefore I believe Warrior to be correct in saying you can't move Bullfrog to make a new server.

Question: If you are running "replicating perfection" and the runner hits this Ice, and gets transfered to a remote, did they run on a central server, or do they then need to run a second time? If it doesn't count as a central server run, the card does have value after all...

Yes, it is where the run starts that counts, not where it ends.

Used as the innermost ice infront of your agenda I could see this being annoying as you jump them in front of another ice tower. Combined with replicating perfection this means the runner would have to run 3 times to get to your agenda (assuming they don't break bullfrog) not to mention run the ice gauntlet twice (and whatever the first piece is of your centrals) making it a costly endeavour.
Q: Bullfrog's subroutine reads:

"You and the Runner secretly spend 0 [Credits], 1 [Credit], or 2 [Credits]. Reveal spent credits. If you and the Runner spent a different number of credits, move Bullfrog so that it is the outermost piece of ice protecting another server (the Runner continues the run from this new position and is now running on this new server)."

The Jinteki: Replicating Perfection ability reads:

"The Runner cannot run on remote servers. Ignore this ability until the end of the turn whenever the Runner runs on a central server."

If the Corp is playing as Jinteki: Replicating Perfection and is using Bullfrog to defend R&D (or another Central Server) and the Runner sets off its Subroutine, getting moved to a Remote Server, has the Runner satisfied the condition of running on a Central Server or is the run considered to have been ONLY on the Remote Server where it ended and the Runner now needs to run on a Central Server before running anymore Remotes in order to satisfy Jinteki: RP's ability?

A: Thanks for the question. The Runner is considered to have run on the central server, and satisfies the condition on Replicating Perfection.
So how do you other folks actually play this whole Jinteki "spend a secret number of credits" mechanic? Do you take credit tokens into your hand, write it on chits, or what?

Grab 2 credit tokens, then secretly flip some of them over so that the credits you'll spend are represented by the number of credit-side-up tokens. When you and the runner are both done, reveal.
I take 2 behind my back, then put some into my fist, show fist, runner says number, i reveal creds in fist putting them into bank, and putting creds in other fist back into my money.

Not that it happens much as those ICE are quite weak...

I actually never encountered it aside from octgn.
Are psi ice any better now that Jinteki is not a poor runner faction?

Probably not... but ehh... they will probably get better if a Psi-Subfaction is released in H&P
