While the original netrunner card was just sick, I think this just went too far in the other direction. The numbers just feel wrong.
I would have liked it better as a 2/3 agenda (with 8 or 9 creds instead of 7), cause the credit manipulation thing is more often a drawback, rather than an advantage.
If you can score it spending 4$ and still have 7$ left, it means you are either filthy rich already (which makes another 7$ redundant) or your runner friend is fast asleep at the other end of the table.
Great stats but I'm not a huge fan of the art on this card; seems to be taking the title too literally.
I guess you keep your hedge fund for when you want to score this.

I prefer PSF for tag punishing.

This isn't much more over the top than Scorched Earth. The corps are known for using illegal methods for practically anything.

...thought a bazooka is probably overkill.
Actually, I think it's odd that the bazooka-wielder is wearing a suit. Why, I'm going to go and shoot people, I think I'll wear my Italian tux. <_<
The bazooka also plays into the flavor text - literally. I like this card. Just time it right and you can double your money. It would seem to go well with a Corp deck that includes Melange Mining Corp. yes?
