This is what Viktor should have beeen. Cost-effective, doesn't die to Yog, very splashable.
Works well at the top of the ice stack as a more cost-effective Hourglass, and at the very bottom, with other bioroids.

I think this'll see quite a bit of play outside HB.
Going straight into my Jinteki RP deck.

So strong that all corp decks could see themselves running it.
That's actually a huge downside for Haas-Bioroid, since it means E3 Feedback Implants is less situational and almost any criminal deck can justify running 2 of them.

Doesn't make too much sense in Weyland, because they have in-faction Ice Wall. If you want to run 6 cheap barriers, I'd rather use WoS and spend the influence somewhere else.

Effective Feb.1, 2016:

The NAPD Most Wanted List is a list of Android: Netrunner cards with additional deck-building restrictions. Players must adhere to the NAPD Most Wanted List for all Fantasy Flight Games tournament play.

Each copy of this card reduces an Identity’s influence limit by 1 when included in a deck. An Identity’s printed influence limit cannot be reduced below 1. This reduction occurs even if the card matches the Identity’s faction.
