The best thing about this card is the 1 influence cost, cause it mostly shines with jinteki when you want those Snares back inside the R&D.
(It's still good when you splash snares in HB... which is always good fun.
Other than that, good for hiding agendas when the HQ is compromised, pretty situational at the moment, but will increase in value when more on-access traps are printed.

For that hand when you mulligan and have 3 agendas and no ice in hand. I would like to have seen a draw effect as well but it still has potential in some situations.
...in theory having at least two of these in a deck targeting each other can prevent the corp from ever decking...
I don't know how much value that has but i can see it coming up.

I'm not sure I follow here. When you play one, it'll end up in discard, so even if you use Rework-1 to target Rework-2, you can only do it once before you've lost the ability to combo out.
Sounds like he read it "Shuffle 1 card from Archives into R&D" which would be a much more useful card. As it is, this is way too situational for me, really only shining IF you mulligan AND draw lots of agendas the 2nd time around AND draw Rework in that same hand or as the top card on turn 1. Or perhaps to make more borderline starting hands (i.e. Rework plus 1 agenda and no ice or 2 agendas and little ice) worth keeping, rather than risk a worse mulligan hand.

I like spectre's idea to use it with Jinteki for Snare or Fetal AI.

Yep misread the card >.< As it is... this is the type of card I love to find a way to really use well if possible. I think any really good use out of this card will be from splashing it into Jinteki, not only for the snare and fetal AI, but also because it has some nice synergy with Precog.
