Other than that, I'm not too keen on the install cost, influence cost and the fact that it's unique and a resource.
Not that it's useless, but Criminals who play hardcore money denial (forced activation orders, vamp, account siphon) usually really like to keep their tags on. Unfortunately for Xanadu. Can still be worth it for Noise who would like to play a similar game.
