At first glance I like it - it's neutral, 0 cost and does double damage to resources. But do I really want cards in my deck that do what I can already do - without cards?

my bet in a tag'n'bag is yes... only 1 clic to trash 2 of the runners resourses that normaly would cost you 2 clic and 4 credits can break a runner.

imagine you're sitting on a "scorched earth" and in a Server you've got 2 advancement on a "posted bounty" and the runner is sloppy and only holds 3 cards in his grip... but the runner is protected by two "crash space".

Without the "freelancer" with 3 clics and 6 credits on your turn you'd be able to score "bounty" and forfeit to tag, trash 1 "crash" and do one "scorched" meat damage when he prevents 3 with his second "crash".

OR score "bounty" and trash both "crash" whereby the runner will just remove his tag on his turn and your "scorched" will be useless

BUT with "freelancer" you'll score "bounty", trash BOTH "crash" AND hit him with a "scorched" (costing 3 clics and 4 credits) = winning the game!...

So, my prediction is that this card will be used in every Weyland: Tag&Bag... possibly in NBN for money control.. in other kinds of deck that doesn't tag the runner on regular basis I don't think this card will be very frequent, if at all...
