I can see this going into almost any Corp deck...
Yeah, this is going to see a lot of play, I think.
I think this will go almost every deck in beginning also but it is not so amazing. Corp needs early game stopping power and Draco, Ice Wall, Wall of Static and Enigma is a good package. Draco just will lose a lot of power in mid game especially against Sharpers if they get link 2 (and I am sure link will become more important in future). We will see this card in NBN decks for a long time, maybe Weyland depending their other tagging options and how important tags will be for them. Jinteki and Haas will find some better early game ICE later me thinks.
NBN has found its new best friend, matrix and this badboy are outrageous.
This ice does not say it can be advanced, so Matrix Analyzer cannot increase its strength.

I'm really not impressed by an ice that can be overcome by money alone, even without icebreakers. Make it as strong as you like, it's still only Trace 2, and you have to pay for it every time they run if you want it to trace them for more. I guess it's pretty good for NBN, with their two free trace credits, but otherwise, meh.

This is how I feel about most of the corp cards I've seen from the cycle. And to make matters worse, I recently realize Rabbit Hole is a 1 influence card.

@Zetan not everytime they run. Just when you don't want them to access the server. I gives you another way to bluff, and hand out tags. Not so bad if you ask me.

Let the runners fill their decks with rabbit holes. I don't mind them sacrificing their card slots for the possibility that it might save them a few credits on their way to my ghost branch.
Rabbit holes are not important so much for the link, but about thinning your deck.

Also they can help save your butt from everything but ghost branch and snare.
Having more ice that can be run trough naked is quite good for corporations in my opionion they allow for a much greater degree of bluffing and deception and also allow to grind the runner's economy, the most important part of the corporation game

Though Draco is truly an ice with situational uses, good in either a "normal" corp deck against anarch or a rich corp deck against criminal... Shapers eat the dragon and spit out the bones.
I wouldn't disregard the trace immediately... sure, Shapers can raise their Link efficently, but a Corp can still empower the trace.
It might cost them some more credits to pass safely, and I'm always up for defensive options. Most ICE don't allow for any Corp choice once they are rezzed, meaning you just stand and watch, praying they fall short on the run.

My thoughts exactly
If the corp paid an additional 5 when rezzing Draco, and Draco is later derezzed, are those 5 extra power tokens still kept? Would the corp be able to add additional power tokens when rezzing Draco the second time?
They are kept, and additional counters could be added when rezzed a second time.

Are you sure? Draco uses power counters, not advancement tokens. I don't think they are kept.
They're hosted counters, there's nothing that says they can only be present on a rezzed card, just that the only time they can be ADDED is upon rezzing.

Oversight AI also uses wording "as a counter". I see no rule that makes counters disappear during deREZ, so it stays until proven otherwise.
In case anyone is still reading, this is in the FAQ:

If a host is trashed or uninstalled, all cards, counters, and tokens
hosted on it are also trashed. This cannot be prevented. If a host
Corp card is derezzed, all cards, counters, and tokens hosted on
it remain hosted.

What I like most about this card is its flexibility. Sure, the subroutine itself isn't that much of a threat, because it's a trace. However, you can adapt this ICE's rez cost and power to your economy, which shouldn't be underestimated. Especially in the early to mid game.
