Well here is the new primary candidate for Priority Requisition. With corroder it's 10 to break and even with Battering Ram it's 9. Ouch.

Edit: I'm an idiot. Thanks pwnguin

Priority req and ABT will be the only way I get this out, but poor, poor runner when I do.
Emerald: Note that this is a sentry. This makes it even better!

This will be brutal against Anarch, and cost effective against Shaper's Pipeline. 15 credits to break the first routine puts it on immediate parity, which is rare. Criminal will be able to walk by with a Femme, or relatively able to Ninja through it for 10 creds.

I think runners will just take some brain dmg, and anarch will definitely parasite it, but this guy alone can protect a server nicely (one additional ice in front for inside job, but it can be any ice, Chum preferably :P).

Has the same weakness as all Bioroid. Spend 1 Click to bypass 1st brain damage then only 3 more credis if you have E3 Feedback Implants.
And E3 has one little weakness of being totally useless against anything other than bioroids. Unless HB gets a bunch of new good bioroids i dont think it's really a big problem (unless your opponents love E3, stop playing that many bioroids then).

Much bigger problem is its colosal cost of 15 that will crush your economy, and it still is beatable with Femme Fatale, Parasite + loaded datasuckers, and its new bane Emergency shutdown. And even if runner can't break it he can take dmg [hurts, but if you win the game it doesn't matter]

Will see how new cards change the balance, there was one new Weyland card for big ICE partially spoiled. Old netrunner had sysop that let you do one time attack with ICE form hand for half its rez cost; similar cards can bring new life to Janus. Seeing the impact of Cyber Exodus i cant wait to see whats coming next.
Of course you don't simply rez Janus because you can, you rez him because rezzing him would be advantageous to you. It can theoretically flatline the runner.
