This is a good auxilliary to break the barriers over strength 5: much more efficient than Corroder against Heimdall 1.0, 2.0, Curtain Wall, Hadrian's Wall, and Wotan, which also happen to be out of the basic reach of Morningstar. If you're using it against the small stuff, you're doing it wrong.
6 to break a Curtain Wall in its best position; 4 to break Heimdall 1.0? Yes please, as long as you have something else for the lesser ICE.
