The art of this card... amazing

Good only in a particular set of circumstances, but that's not a bad thing. In my Silhouette/Blackguard deck, for example, you can Feint past all the nasty HQ ice in order to get a forced rez somewhere else, and then enable an emergency shutdown of the most expensive ICE on the board. That (common) chain of events is more than enough to justify it over Inside Job.

But yeah, for most other people, use Inside Job.

Good card with Notoriety / Quest completed

5 stars against Crisium Grid.

You mean Off the Grid?

You mean Off the Grid?

Nope: I mean Crisium Grid: "Successful runs against this server are not considered to be successful or unsuccessful for the purposes of card abilities."

Ergo, pass two pieces of ICE and ignore the access restriction. Against Crisium, Feint is a double Inside Job, but is limited to runs against HQ.

I know, right? Use Crisium on HQ to defeat Account Siphon, then get hosed by Feint . . . those Criminals are quite the bunch of tricksters . . .

What if there is just one piece of ICE? Can I bypass it?

What if there is just one piece of ICE? Can I bypass it?

Yes.

You encounter ICE one piece at a time. There could be 8 pieces of ICE, but the Corp doesn't rez any of it, so you don't encounter any at all. The card text still applies.

The wording "cannot access any cards" means that, unlike with Eater and its "cannot access more than 0 cards", you can't use access replacement effects when Feinting, correct?

I assume that is correct. You skip your access phase and therefore all effects that act as an access replacement.
