This is the kind of card that makes me appreciate the designers of this game. It's a PAD Campaign that's 2 less to rez and only 1 less for the runner to trash, which is amazing. If it were neutral, I would use it in most of my non-Jinteki decks. Of course, in Jinteki, its drawback means you might miss your flat-line because of this. Is that worth it?
Very well balanced.
I wonder about this in a kill deck (or even with Faust around at the moment) and Sweeps week.
