This is a Hail Mary card for when you need to push through for game point, nothing more.
Worst card ever released, no idea if they could release anything more terrible.
I think it is sometimes usefull. If you know that you lose anyway you don't care if you lose your money but if you are lucky you may get your comeback. So it is some kind of backup plan
Maybe this could be a somewhat viable card for Nasir Meidan? When an ICE is rezzed, he loses all of his credits anyway. So when you play this, there's a chance you get enough credits to install Toolbox, Monolith or Rachel Beckman. If you lose the credits, however, you can simply make a run on this server with unrezzed ICE in front of it.
