The second criminal current ever, and the first decent one too. Could work nicely in The Supplier or Off-Campus Apartment decks.
Noteworthy: The effect does not specifiy "on your turn". So if you install cards on the Corp's turn (e.g. Street Peddler), they lose even more money.
