Absolutely perfect for Mushin no Shin.
Also just realized that since this is not an agenda is is not scored, and hence its paid ability can be used even if Dedication Ceremony is used to add 3 advancement Tokens to it. So for 3 credits and 3 clicks the corp can gain 1 point and the runner cannot do anything about it.
