Play "C.A.N.P" and score Clone Retirement out of hand in your next turn. Repeat that twice to get 6 agenda points without ever having an agenda on the table. Quite powerful.
Edit: Of course you can invest 9 influence to splash it in Weyland (Hostile Takeover) or HB (Domestic Sleepers), too.
If you can get it into hand, this will change the game for Harmony Medtech. The Runner must have a Current Event ready to play or face serious pressure.
