Play Power to the People in click 1, "F.T.E" in click 2 and make a Stimhack run in click 3 on that double-advanced card in the remote server. Let's hope that isn't an ambush, or you just wasted 3 cards.
Well, I don't like this card as much as "Clones are not People". You can't really plan to steal an agenda. Same problem as with Power to the People, though it might last a bit longer as it is a current.
The first thing that comes to mind is a Notoriety Leela deck - hammer RnD, install Gang Sign+HQI and occasionally score some extra points. Heck, I will go all the way and add Fan Site and Data Dealer to make sure that money will never be a problem. If you don't score out the Corp might end up decked.
I really like that idea. I think you're definitely right that this has the most natural fit with Leela.
