I withhold judgement until more alliance cards are added to the pool. At the moment, I'm not impressed. But that could change.
I agree it will probably be better once more alliance cards are out, but being able to search for and play or install a card with 1 click is pretty nice.
Just as expected, this card makes it almost impossible to keep up with the Corp installing Mumba Temples and Museums. Those kind of combos really break the game.
Now, I know Salsette Slums will actually scratch all of that, but then the Corp will hardly have any recurssion options left, while the Runner can cycle the Stack for days.
The design went in a really bad direction.
