The ability to trash stuff without running is quite wonderful. What's that? A Shell Corporation guarded by a Mushin'ed ambush? Go away!
Couples also quite well with Drive By. Either the asset/upgrade is unrezzed and can be destroyed by Drive By, or the corp rezzes it to prevent the Drive By, making it vulnerable to Political Operative.
