Obvious synergy with Nero Severn and Au Revoir. Also very cheap and one of the few consoles that gives you a link.
I'm thinking this in Geist (over Forger). Gives +1 link (for B&E breakers) and the 1mu helps Overmind. Of course Cortex Lock becomes better...
