Clickless power-draw and the ability to bury stuff, most likely agendas. Even if it's getting destroyed immediately after, it has a single powerful effect.
You would only want this to fire once. Draw four cards (total) and bury one every turn unless trashed. No corp can deal with an ongoing influx of cards that massive. If I'm the runner I'll quite happily leave this on the board and watch the corp deck themself. It's basically DBS but it costs less to trash and offers the corp much less control over their hand. Rather than playing this, I think I'll keep playing DBS.
It says "you may". The card is awesome - brutal draw and hand refinement. And you would splash it out of NBN for sure, as DBS is already seeing play in other factions (this has the same rez/trash difference so it is a matter of deck type).
