Finally a new 3-pointer for HB. Now we only need one for NBN...

 

Okay, so it can be refilled by scoring Bifrost Array and it forces the runner to break Turing. Bioroids like it, too. Though I prefer Project Wotan in bioroid decks.

Now, now, let's not be hasty on this one - a click less for the Runner makes Bioroids that much stronger and it is not like ELP isn't one of the best Currents in game. At least for me it is better than Wotan as it has impact over the Runner's game even if you don't plan on scoring on the same turn.

 

I admit I don't get any of the flavour here - no idea why the card is called like that, nor what the heck is on the picture.

I suppose it's the implementation of Haas Bioroid voting machines. So for every citizen to take a vote, he or she has to use one of these bioroids. The data is then collected on HB's servers and directed to the voting office. Which gives HB the opportunity to manipulate elections.

I thought it was more like the bioroids were going door to door trying to get people to vote, hence wasting the Runner's time.
