This is sort of something; a better twist on the high end Executive downside as well (runner trashes to gain agenda points). Oddly not tagged as an Executive, probably for tutoring reasons. Obviously the information gain is worth quite a lot even on a whiff. Seems very strong.
I will gladly forfeit a 1-pointer to pressure the Runner's hand and gain information. Plus, he disarms I've Had Worse, as no damage is dealt.
A whiff? This goes with Harishchandra, full stop.
