Uh. No. Just, no. Way back when the game was new this might have been playable fast advance due to a smaller card pool, but there are so many much safer options in the game. This card is self defeating.
This card is supposed to be a replacement for the other 2/3 Agendas, which will be the first ones to rotate out. So the possibility to fast-advance remains, but with a risk.
Yeah, I think the designers realized their mistakes with 3/2s.
Probably not right now, but post-rotation it is all but guaranteed this card will see play.
The one influence is really the killer here.
