Ok, this is fun. But the 1 inf cost basically kills it for me. The 33% fail rate and bidding instead of play cost was already enough of a curb in my opinion.
A generally useful card without any build-around needed. Once in a while I have 2 or 3 influence left - I can see this as a cool filler in those cases. Plus, it's an alternative to Inside Job outside of Criminal.
It's more likely than not that this card will be useful at some point during any given game. As Python said, if you've got influence left over, it won't go to waste being used here.
As a fan of Adam, I feel like this should have been a Run event.
