Pretty scary. The Corp knows exactly what it is that you may plan to do, and may trash your most important cards before you even draw them. Aside from hosing Test Run/Eureka.
With only 1 influence each you can include it pretty easily in HB, where it has a synergy with Sherlock 1.0 and Hellion Alpha Test.
Not enough impact, usually, to warrant slots in my opinion.
Really made for Chronos Protocol - snipe things even before they come up, and when something sneaks about, just Neural it out. I would like to see some sort of hard milling deck where this card is repeatedly summoned from Archives with Reclamation Orders, Archived Memories, shuffled back with Jackson etc. Just include the Museum and start milling that Runner. Personal Evolution may find another Cambridge approach right here.
