Don't pass on this one - throw all of them in your scoring server and play the Caprice game - if they manage to get in, they are not getting there again soon. And again, breaking ice with pseudo economy totally trashes the idea of this card, cos hey, you are getting in no matter what. 7 cards for Faust, Clone Chip a Dav1d or two and voila. Way to go, FFG.
Perhaps installed in the root of your centrals, behind Little Engine? After LE the runner definitely has 5 credits left, which he will lose to Mumbad Virtual Tour.
Or coupled with Hostile Infrastructures.
