Disarm the runner's I've Had Worse and scorch him!
Even worse with the upcoming NBN ID.
This feels like a magic card to me. In the context of Netrunner I don't care for how blatantly meta it is; pure mechanics, no fluff. But its obviously a strong and potentially abusable card.
