This card is soooo damn difficult to play, it can be a life saver if you get it off, but god damn! I can see it being best in Gab. right now.
It is hard to play isn't it? Always has to be your 4th action. A great early game card or a late game curve ball that the Corp can't see coming. Well actually, they can see it coming a mile away. I can't count the number of times I've been stuck in a 6 agenda point tie with Corp.
It's a cool card and has alot of potential.
Seems like it would be good with Events that have you make a run, too - like Inside Job/Account Siphon/Stimhack, etc.
Would this work with Data Dealer? I'm guessing it would, with the text "as an agenda".

Yep. I'm totally basing a deck on Notoriety + Data Dealer.

I don't think you can base a deck on it, but it is a very good card. I see it like a stimhack: something you can pull out and surprise the corp with when they least expect it.
Wow. I just realized the word was "and." I won a game with this last night, but only because I thought I just had to complete a run on one of the three. I guess I should let my opponent know I unknowingly cheated.
Lol could you imagine... Turn one the corp plays a piece of ice over a remote server, piece of ice over R&D, gains a bit. Turn one the runner, using all five bits, plays Inside Job to run R&D hits a Priority Req, Inside Job to run HQ hits a Priority Req, click 3 to run archives, click 4, using the last bit, plays Notoriety and game. During a tournament you would have enough time before the next round to go get a sandwich, take a dump while eating another sandwich, AND then still be able to go and get a third and final victory sandwich. There are other 3 point agendas this could happen with and it would be pretty ballsy to drop 2 Inside Job's first turn with the intension of exhausting your entire bank but this whole lil scenario is scary possible...
It seems like it would be a great trick but your best chance of scoring it is on turn 1 if you drew it.

EDIT:
How would this work with Sneakdoor Beta (core)?

I would assume using the Sneakdoor Beta action treats the successful run as one for HQ. So you should be able to use it to fulfill the HQ requirement from Notoriety.

As said I think this is a curveball card, it's almost as if the stars have to align just right to pull it off but if it works it's pure awesome sauce.

The stars have to align?
Try playing against a corp that only runs 2 point agendas and you have 3 of them scored. Do your math and win the game.
