This is a good tech card, particularly vs Jinteki. Probably not worth including yet except maybe in a Noise variant (and yet, card slots in Noise decks are so very very precious), but if more alive-in-archives traps are introduced it will be useful.
It works also very well against decks that rely on recursion.
The image should be cahnged if the cost is actually 3, and not 2.
