Finally a fitting ID for my meat damage deck.
Yeah. If Blue Sun didn't exist, I'd be all over this. But, I can't yet conceive of a scenario where this ability which is basically just a two or three click equivalent tax on the runner can compete with the explosive econ and shenanigans Blue Sun offers. The pick up a Curtain Wall and burn you to death turn of Blue Sun is so reliable and so very deadly if Plascrete isn't out, how can Argus Security compete with that?
Say you are the Runner playing against this identity. Even if you have no tag or meat damage prevention, but you just play conservatively so that you always have a click and two credits to clear a tag or can draw back up after taking two meat damage, you can play around the ID. So, yeah, it will slow you down and it discourages multi-access, but basically if you know how to play against Jinteki-PE, you've got a pretty good handle on how to play against this ID also.
I think an ID that makes my opponent have to alter their play style to play around it is already a pretty great ID. I'd like to see this combined with The Board in a deck that runs a lot of 1 point agendas. Make them face the consequences of stealing your stuff and late game rez The Board to make those Agendas for which they paid dearly not worth any points.
