Love it. I like that Anarch is turning into the explosive faction. There were hints of it all the way back to Core set, but they have been getting more cards like this that offer high-payoff effects but at a cost.
This card is good on its own merits (how often do Shapers click click click click Magnus for $8?), but combo'd with +click effects it gets even better...and Anarch happens to have in-faction ways to get extra clicks. What's not to like?
Day job is way better then spending all that on Magnus. I can see this card getting splashed in a lot of decks
