It works well with NAPD Contract. It might work for a janky deck that uses some of the annoyance or utility Assets that normally don't get played much. But compare this to a similar Jinteki deck running Hostile Infrastructure, and this seems like a kind of boring and only mildly taxing ID.
A couple Encryption Protocols should do nice to keep your remotes quite expensive to access. Naked Pad Campaign (this sounds really awkward) will cost 7 to trash, and removing those two protocols first will be a couple of additional clicks (break even with the corp) and 9 credits, unless, of course, Imp. Maybe even Server Diagnostics to force the runner choose what to trash? I would really put Architect in a Gagarin deck to make the runner think twice about accessing every other remote out there.
