Knifed, Spooned, Forked + Eater may be the main motor to trash installed cards. Others like Imp need distant server or upgrades to target.
Since Gravedigger only works when trashing an installed card, it's not clear to me how it works with a Noise mill deck, which would seem to have zero synergy. How are you using this for a one-run win? It doesn't work at all when milling. Care to elaborate?
My friend played Noise with Gravediggers. It went like that: Have Grimoire installed, then install 2 Gravediggers (2 cards milled) then use them (2 more cards milled). Get rid of them (by selling them to Aesops), then you can DejaVu and repeat.

EDIT: Nevermind. I misunderstood what you described, Drago13. That's a perfectly legitimate strategy.
