This is real money in titan. Notice that the first ability triggers off of the second ability, so he really turns counters into 3 credits each. Score a firmware updates? 12 credits! Hostile takeover? You get 3 credits along with the 7 it comes with. Geothermal fracking? You can get 24 and 3 BP for 3 clicks, or 9 and no BP for none! It's up to you!
How do you figure this works with Hostile Takeover?
When you score Hostile Takeover, gain 7 [Credits] and take 1 bad publicity.
Advancement tokens and Agenda counters are not the same thing.
Titan Trasnational adds an Agenda counter to ever scored agenda even if they don't normally get one.
So it does; very nice.
