Yes. You get 3 MU, which are unused if you don't install Virus programs on them. So you have an additional amount of 3 unused MU.
Great card. Also, when are we getting Princess Space Kitten as a Runner ID? I might be able to get my wife to play Netrunner if that were actually a thing.
Still not enough MU for all that hive-minded virus-mayhem you have planned!?
