Midseasons, Shoot the Moon, Traffic Accident, Psychographics, DRT, Checkpoint, lots of tagging ice...hmm.....
But, under normal conditions, this isn't that good. Its most notable trait is that you can play it even if the runner did nothing on their turn, which could be a game winning surprise every now and then.
It can be quite the hassle at times to get two tags on a runner. But when you do this can at the very least help the corp to start chipping away at the Runner's Plascrete if it's in play. Or if they're running ways to up their hand size instead it can help help discard their hand down so that they're in Scorch range.
I like how on Breaking News, the card that gives the runner 2 tags, a car chase is depicted. Now we know where that ends.
