Fixed, thanks!
It's funny how much better this card becomes once you realize you can actually install it on R&D or HQ...

Also brilliant in a remote with Fetal AI.
It's funny how in NBN I prefer Ash (with core identity), but in all other factions I prefer this. Really wish Ash was NBN...

What does "from this server" mean? An agenda installed in this server or any agenda he accesses while making a run on this server? I ask this because of Kitsune, which makes the runner access a HQ card.

I would assume that given the wording, this works for the server in question - HQ is different server, so RH has no effect on agendas accessed there. If it said "the Runner accesses an agenda this run", then it would be as you propose. If you want to play with the nine-tail-fox, put Red Herrings on HQ and give them NAPD - if you are so inclined on giving them an agenda ( I see your point might be made given Haarpichord Studios as an ID).

I concur. I think the card is using "from" rather than "in" this server to cover uninstalled Agendas in HQ and R&D (or perhaps it's just sloppy -- it is a Core Set card).

It should work for Kitsune if Red Herrings is installed in HQ, but not if it's installed in the server protected by Kitsune (assuming that's not HQ).

In other words, the "from," I assert, is referring to the place of the Agenda, not the place of access.
