1 or even 0 to rez would have been fair, too. It's overpriced.
That said, it's the first upgrade that can be advanced. That's something. But where to install it? In the root of archives or in a remote?
Archives would be the safest place. But, obviously, as it is the only advance-able upgrade thus far a knowledgeable player will recognize it for what it is as soon as it is advanced in that position.
Personally I don't like the timing or investment cost of this card, and considering HB has better ways to get cards out of archives I don't really see this as a good pick.
