Love the concept, but just don't see it as being practical to play. By the time in the game where there are 3 rezzed pieces of ice on the board and the runner has a good enough breaker suite and econ to hit all three centrals, needing / wanting to spend $2 and a click to derez three ice is of questionable utility. It's a mid to late game play, and I think would often just be a win more card at best or a costly distraction from an already winning strategy at worst. Kind of a "Timmy" card.
A way to have made this card more useful would have been if it bounced three...or even just two...unrezzed ice back to HQ.
That would have made this card an early-mid game threat, cost the corp some precious action economy, and also choke up their hand potentially forcing hard discard decisions.
