Worth noting it's not unique: if you can dedicate three slots to it you increase the chances of getting it early when it will hurt the corp the most and get the potential to raise the extra cost even further. That said, if the corp is playing wide and shallow it won't have a big effect. Probably works well with ICE destruction effects like cutlery, though.
