Well, at this point I'm not impressed by this card. Maybe when we get a greater variety of sysops.
Hrm.
A tutor: usually good.
A blank check / pumpable tutor: usually nuts.
A tutor for cards that hardly ever get played: oh...well...someone will bring the jank, but meanwhile my binder continues to get stuffed.
