I think this is a bad card. Lowering the install cost of one card by 1 and trashing the other two? Not worth it.

One case where it might be useful however is to trigger install triggers during the corporation's turn.

Well, for 1 click you gain access to 3 additional cards and an immediate Installation with reduced costs. In a deck with many events, it certainly loses value. But in a deck with just a few events, it's a decent, very anarch-like card. One of the trashed cards may even be a Morning Star, which can be brought back cheap, using Retrieval Run. (a little bit like Inject)

Cycles the deck into recursion and gives the Runner options.

It's going to look scary on the face of it, but it may be effective in the hands of the right player. It's a mini-MaxX, with a little bit more control. Difficult to rate without testing, but since MaxX can be quite good, I wouldn't be willing to forget about this one until it spends some time deck cycling.

But MaxX doesn't sacrifice decks slots or install clicks to fuel her ability. Deck building win, tempo win over this card.

Also; Deja Vu aside I'm not a big fan of heavy recursion in Anarch myself; I've found it easier to import good Anarch cards into Shaper rather than the other way around.

It's also a good card to protect against Chronos Project (in any case the local meta plays this agenda), especially if playing MaxX. It is not unique, so you can have a maximum of 6 cards out of the stack ready to install any of them.
