Really nice agenda! Definitely going to try this one out. Good if got in the early game and can be put in a safe server.
Pairs well with Blacklist and Chronos Project. Bleed the runner out of his/her cards and destroy them!
Woah. I like where Weyland's head is at these days.
Also, just thought this works with Draco - you can rez it early and the, if you need to, de-rez it and re rez it at a different cost.

I'm thinking you're thinking of Test Ground with Draco, but that this post ended up here somehow.
I actually think that's a really interesting way to scale Draco. It's not super-efficient (card slots and advancements), but it's not totally foolish either, especially since you could Chum Draco and boost the strength mid-run by trashing Test Ground.
Runner can't deal with the boosted strength, so hits the trace and takes the Chum damage. It's a little janky, but a nice surprise for 3 net damage.
I'm liking this card as run bait in a Midseasons kill deck over Posted Bounty. Set up a taxing remote to drain credits, assemble the kill combo, then install this and start advancing it until the runner responds. Oaktown Renovation also has a home in the deck as an alternate run bait card.
Backchannels can be handy as well in conjunction. Load up Underway Renovation; if the runner refuses to take the bait use Backchannels to recoup the investment. If they steal the agenda out of archives that's fine too...the goal is to get them to steal it so yay.
