It's a decent agenda in RP. And another hard-counter to Snitch.
The entire Jinteki sub-theme of runner jack out effects just doesn't have enough oomph to matter.

Yes
Sure. But even if a bomb card comes out that makes the strategy relevant, think about how many cards you'd have to dedicate to the strategy to pull it off. The entire deck would end up built around it. And to what end? there are already more direct ways to mess with the runner.
So, ok, if more cards are printed and it eventually becomes a viable approach to the game...great. More diversity. But until such a time as that happens, cards like this just go straight to the binder for me.
