The answer to SanSan City Grid and AstroScript Pilot Program. Or 2/1 agendas in general.

So, this card isn't ever really going to sit on the board and do what it says.

if you drop this vs a non-FA deck, they generally won't care and will not be impacted by it.

If you drop it vs a FA deck, they will almost certainly purge viruses as soon as they can manage it thus giving you a free turn. Of course, that's a great trade for the Runner.

The main value of this card is that its existence alone should act as a brake against the dominance of AstroTrain as deck designs will have to account for the fact that it might be played. I'm looking foward to a meta where NEH AstroTrain is less of a win button.

Wants recursion to be annoying.

Might justify Fester to be truly annoying.

It's a taxing card, I think, but might play well with The Source or Chakana.

Now that you've spent so much time slowing the Corp down, are you still fast enough to take advantage with all this apparatus, O Runner?

What's your answer to a glacier deck? What about Jinteki shell games out in the remotes? (Mushin No Shin laughs at you).

Getting that right would change this from an overcommitted one-note strategy to something viable. I do not think it will be easy.

A bit like Plascrete Carapace in that it can be included as a one-of to directly counter a particular Corp deck archetype (ie. fast advance), though the influence cost outside of Anarch makes it a bit of a tougher sell.

On the other hand, this card can completely obliterate fast advance in Shaper, where you can use SMC and/or Clone Chip to install it on the Corp's turn after a presumed agenda has already been installed & advanced.
