Can anyone think of a use for it?
As Exile, I would prefer Cerberus "Lady" H1. Costs no influence, good base strength and goes along with the recursion theme pretty well. The only use for Spike i can think of is breaking a mid-game Hive once, after having a complete rig laid out. Which is a very limited use.
First piece of an alternative breaker suite that will come together over the next six months.
Personally, I prefer when they release mini-sets of cards with a common theme all together in one pack. It's better from a deck building perspective as well as a buying the packs perspective.
In the meantime, if you happen to have a high link runner that runs a big rig and has problems with multi subroutine barriers, have I got a breaker for you!
Decent in any AI breaker deck that has a little link and doesn't want to spend MU to deal with Wraparound.
